Start your day off right! This class consists of Hatha yoga stretches, breath techniques and deep relaxation to soothe your soul. Class is 1 1/2 hours. Approx. 50 min of postures and the remainder for breathing and relaxation. It is a multi level class, when an intermediate posture is given an easier one is also an option. You choose your level of yoga. Bring a blanket for the deep relaxation. Mats are available.
