Angel Love Guided Meditation

Thursday - October 17th, 2024 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Enjoy, relax and heal as you are guided through a visual meditation to clear negative energy. You will be relaxing on the floor or in a chair while Sandy guides you to meet your guardian Angel. You will experience their love and healing to deepen self love and appreciation. This is a great way to clear out stress and the negativity in your life. You will be resting in a deep state of consciousness. Others may experience a euphoric dream state. Bring a mat and blanket if you have them. Comfy clothes. Also, bring any other pillows or supports you will need to lie on the floor. I do have lots of mats, extra blankets and bolsters.
